Grinrod Bank, the South African of M&A International Inc., presents the results of the eight edition of the M&A Mid-Market Forum, held in Milan on 21 November 2008. 2009? A good year for doing business
Attilio Arietti, president of M&A International Inc. group, is optimistic about 2009, especially after the success of the M&A Mid-Market Forum in Milano, which reached a record number of over 350 participants. No rooms for leveraged buyouts, whilst firms with sound financial situation and long-term focus aim at taking advantage of decrease in prices to expand internationally through acquisitions.
