Chartered Accountant and Registered Auditor.
After working in London and Milan as a tax consultant and auditor, Giovanni joined Arietti & Partners in 2001. He worked in the generation and execution of a number of merger & acquisition deals both national and cross-border (with India, Germany, Denmark, France, UK, Switzerland and Bulgaria). His activity as a project manager resulted in the recent past in an acquisition by and Italian company of a Indian one operating in the machinery industry.
He is a member of the following Industry Groups: Automotive, Logistics e Private Equity.
