Esoform has been sold to Ecolab

Established in 1921, Esoform is a family owned company active in disinfectants, infection prevention and personal care solutions. Leading player in Italy in the hospital market, Esoform has about 50 employees and generates 10M euro sales. The shareholders of Esoform asked Arietti & Partners to assist them in the sale of the company to an international industrial player. Arietti & Partners optimized their proceeds and obtained a remarkable multiple from Ecolab. Ecolab (NYSE:ECL) with sales of $6 billion and more than 26,000 associates, is a global player in cleaning, sanitizing, food safety and infection prevention products and services. Esoform plant will become the main production hub for Europe. Arietti & Partners advised Esoform in the exit strategy, conducted the negotiations with buyers throughout the closing of the transaction.
