Royal Wessanen sells Righi S.r.l.

Royal Wessanen NV is a Dutch multinational food corporation and listed on the Amsterdam Euronext. In May 2009 Royal Wessanen requested the assistance of Arietti & Partners to assist them in the disposal of Righi S.r.l, based in Reggio Emilia and specialized in the production of oven-ready frozen products, particularly those typical of the Emilian traditional . Arietti & Partners conducted the disposal process and, in December 2009, sold the company to a team of Righi managers backed by external investors. Righi S.r.l. disposal process follows the sale of a Wessanen subsidiary in Germany (Karl Kemper), advised by Angermann - the German team of M&A International Inc. The Italian and the German team of M&A International Inc. were introduced to Royal Wessanen by Holland Corporate Finance - the Dutch team of M&A International Inc. and closed both deals in about six months.
