Ryko Italia sold to local managers

Ryko International Ltd is a leading player in North America in the production of car, bus, truck and van wash equipment and accessories. The group operates worldwide with branches and distribution sites. In July 2009, Arietti & Partners advised Ryko International Ltd in a successful MBO following which a Newco controlled by the local management acquired 100% of Ryko Italia Srl and Ryko France Sarl.
