Performance in Lighting acquires Ed-Dis

Performance in Lighting, one of the key players in the Italian lighting equipment industry, has acquired the totality of the shares of Ed-Dis Group (Belgium), expanding its product portfolio and gaining direct access to a strong distribution network in Belgium. The expansion strategy via acquisitions continues with the aim of creating a leader with direct presence in all major European markets.
