Coesia Spa acquires Sirius Machinery AB

Coesia, an Italy based leading company active in the automatic packaging machinery business, has acquired 100 percent of the shares of Sirius Machinery AB, world leading supplier of packaging machinery systems for customers within the segment of cosmetics, from the Swedish investment company Nordstjernan AB. Arietti & Partners - the Italian team of M&A International Inc., in collaboration with the Swedish colleagues of Avantus Corporate Finance, originated the deal and represented the buyer throughout.
