Class CNBC - Bilancio M&A 2010
Attilio Arietti analyses the M&A industry in 2010. The global positive results have been led by South America and Asia, with a more moderate growth in US and Europe. The climate of uncertainty is still slaking the Italian market: the majority of buyers are coming from abroad, whereas only a few Italians firms are investing abroad. The M&A industry is expected to be even more lively in 2011, spurred on by sectors such as Energy, Finance, Raw Materials, Telecommunications and Healthcare.
