Usually our activities in the sale process are the following:
- identification of the expectations, objectives and needs of the client
- business analysis, financial plans and identification of a reasonable range of values for the company
- analysis of the structure of the industry and selection of the potential buyers in Italy and abroad in cooperation with our colleagues acting all around the world
- drafting of a selling memorandum describing the company to the potential buyers
- approaching the potential buyers in cooperation with our international colleagues worldwide when a buyer is located abroad
- presentation of the company to the interested buyers
- collecting of the non binding/indicative offers
- drafting of a Letter of Intent (LOI) or opening of an auction process
- advising in all the due diligence activities
- negotiations, structuring and closing of the transaction working together with the other consultants engaged by the client
